The group will be divided into two teams that compete against each other. The game is moving the greatest possible number of balls from point A to point B. To do so they must follow some rules and battle several handicaps. Strategy, coordination and a lot of mental flexibility will be a must.
The objectives behind that are continuous improvement and the goal achievement. So each team will have to make a forecast of the balls (points) they will manage to move in a minute and a half. Goal proximity also scores while not reaching it penalizes!
Evolution in strategy, communication, execution and precision in goal setting will be focused throughout three rounds.
